By installing, accessing, or using the Curator: Save For Later Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by Curator: Save For Later ("we", "us", or "our").

By using Curator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Curator is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age.
2. Description of Service
Curator is a Chrome extension that allows you to save and organize content from various websites. We offer three service tiers:
- Free Tier: Unlimited local bookmarks with no cloud sync capability.
- Plus Tier: Requires sign-in. Includes cloud backup and synchronization across devices for up to 50 items.
- Premium Tier: Paid subscription ($2.99/month). Includes unlimited cloud bookmarks, advanced curation tools (collections/folders), and multiple export formats (Markdown, PDF, OPML).
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Curator, you agree to use the Extension only for its intended purpose, respect intellectual property rights, and comply with all applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Curator is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you save, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save such content.
5. Payment and Subscription
Curator Premium costs $2.99 per month. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
5.1 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Curator Premium, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team at support@curator.com. After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
6. Disclaimers and Warranties
Curator is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curator and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
